Requirements for Consigned Vehicles

1. Only quality automobiles accepted. Serviced and in proper working order.
2. Owners awareness of actual market prices of vehicle. No fantasy pricing.
3. Vehicles should be mechanically sound, serviced and in proper working order.
Copies of service records and a copy of the title are very important to our ability to retail the vehicle.
4. Consignment agreement is for a minimum 30 day period.
5. Car must be detailed and in retail sales condition. If we find that the vehicle is in need of a detail, we will have the vehicle detailed.

Please note that Basic Car Sales Inc. is not interested in nor will broker vehicles with odometer discrepancies, salvage and/or rebuilt titles, or any vehicles with any such tainted histories. In order to begin the process, a very reasonable $300 deposit is required to cover a full interior and exterior detail, and any advertising and marketing expenses that we have to pay on customer's behalf. Customer will be provided with an itemized receipt on every expense on their vehicle. Our compensation for our services will be obtained from the final selling price of the vehicle, and will amount to no less than 6% of the Gross selling price with a $1,500 minimum, not including the initial $300 initial consignment fee. Any compensation accepted below 6% will be subject to the approval of Basic Car Sales Inc.
